Shipping: Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, followed by an estimated 5–7 business days in transit. Warranty

Roborock provides a limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use. Coverage periods vary by model, generally 1–2 years for robot units and 6–12 months for accessories such as batteries and brushes.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or neglect. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
